      Not the best if you want to move up quickly but great if you're supporting yourself through school.

      Pros

      They have flexible hours and great when you're in school. Great bonuses if you're store is relatively new. Coworkers get along with each other than what I've seen before. Its not commission based so not as much fighting over sales.

      Cons

      Management needs work. I've seen the best here and they don't get the recognition they deserve. Upper management needs work. Too much favoritism going on it makes me not want to work for the company.

      Friendly atmosphere, excellent discounts, co-workers are happy to train others,

      Pricey uniform requirements ( changes every 4 months) ,no benefits, no commission pay, bonuses and raises to a minimum, and takes long to qualify for a promotion.
