      Pros

      The company is all about growth and development. If you are self-motivated and push to exceed your goals, you WILL move up. The sales environment is great as well because it is not commission-based. Your sales team must make your sales goal as a whole and everyone is rewarded. Employees are recognized for hard work, there is no doubt about that. Perfect for a college student!

      Cons

      The only con is that in sales, your team is constantly changing. Don't get too attached to people because there is the opportunity to grow and move around to different stores. Not really a con, but just a reminder that people do come and go in retail.

      great management team..everyone is so welcoming. very organized. lots of enteral growth. Development plans are awesome as we'll...managers will get you where you want to be.

      bad communication. everything is so hush hush. dress code change is way to frequent. Company changes rules and regulations very often

      Good pay for a starting seasonal position ($9.50 per hour) Company offers great insurance for employees working 25 hours or more per week Occasional increase in employee discount at full-retail stores Women's factory stores generally have plenty of hours to offer associates Working in a lovely store full of beautiful handbags can be fun Great friendships with coworkers forged in the crucible of abusive customer interactions

      Cons

      The customers are truly the most entitled, obnoxious, and psychotic people in the world The holidays are a nightmare Management is disorganized and doesn't communicate Attempting to organize an accessories cart after closing on a Saturday will make you cry Discount is only 65% off MSRP at factory stores (customer price is often better)
