      Work with fun people, and the job is easy

      Cons

      Start off as seasonal and you will get laid off after 3 months. High turnover rate, you see new people every week.

      Monthly Bonus Even Hours Consistent Scheduling Flexible Scheduling Fantastic Health/Dental/Vision Insurance (no minimal hrs needed) Personal Note: I love the team I work with at my particular store, but I constantly hear horror stories about sharking & over aggressive associates from other customers or workers. If your store is head by a competent management team, then it's a fantastic place to be! (Your district manager could be less competent though, but your team will have your back)

      Work Environment heavily depends on the district/store manager/team Aggressive Personal Sales goals (you are literally just a number) Heavy focus on making a client book & retention of clients (depending on where you're working it could be very easy or difficult) Depending on your clients & the type of people they are, you might have to bring work home

      Unprofessional management. Disorganized and rude. Basically is run by people who don't care about their jobs.
