      Pros

      Great Co workers. Love the regular customers.

      Cons

      Upper Management are on ego trips. Believe they are invincible.Don't take accountabiltiy for stores performance, blame is on everyone else. Personal opinions do not matter. Unrealistic sales goals. Focuses are changing on a daily basis. Expectations around dress code are ridiculous. Promotions are not merit based. It's all about who likes who.

      Pros

      The good managers are really good. I've worked for this company twice in my career, and the first manager was fantastic. She was patient, thorough, and really cared about training me for a successful career path. The second manager was the exact opposite and clearly exploited my experience and talent to solve the team dynamics problems that she lacked the experience to resolve herself. If you join a high performance team under great management, it can be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Be sure to interview the interviewer prior to accepting an offer. Joining a poorly managed team can really make this place an impossible place to work.
