You get to meet so many different types of people. I love the selling atmosphere and the relationships you get to build with the customers.

Cons

Hours are based on how much sell. There are way too many managers for the amount of employees that are employed. I don't think any retail store of Coach's size to have 9 managers.

Cons

Black out time during holidays cannot ask for time off from November to January Advancement is limited once you become an assistant manager it will be years before you get promoted
