Pros

The pros are that as long as the store makes there goals, everybody gets a bonus! The discount is great!! & your not extremely over worked for what your paid.also the entry level pay is acceptable.

Cons

The dress code & some of the stupid little rules. Managers can sometimes be petty & it may serm like there trying to pick on you but the store could be secret shoped at anytime so everything has to be perfect.

It was an internship interview and was in a serious of round tables.

Pros

It allowed me to touch base in several different technologies as I worked in the IT department. As an internship I was able to broaden my experience in Project Management as well as Techology Platforms such as Cognos and Salesforce.

Cons

I wouldn't say that there were that many cons as it allowed me to gain experience, work with others in the IT field, and meet with consultants. There were no negatives really.
