      Pros

      The salary is great, the discount is awesome. Worked with some of the most talented people in Retail.

      Cons

      Worked more than 40 hours on a regular basis. Often took work home because there was so much to do and not much office time to get it done in.

      Pros

      I have been at Coach for 5+ years. The company used to be a great place to work, but has gone downhill significantly in culture and business performance.

      Cons

      The top senior executives, management, and worker bees who built the company all left or are on their way out. The people who are left have changed coach to a political and backstabbing culture. Everybody is out for themselves b/c business is bad. Not a good place to be anymore.
