Pros

Great Benefits, Great Incentives, Bonus

Cons

Lack of development and growth. The reason I say this is because giving the fact that if your not friends with management you basically have no opportunity. I've been with this company for 3 years and I'm still a part time employee. I've seen the transition of the company and how many of my peers climbing up to management and I'm still stuck at the bottom. It's not a good feeling at all because I have experience in management and training. Again I'm not discouraging anyone not to work for this company it's a great company. Just keep in mind if you get management upset make sure to win their heart's over if your thinking of growing with the company.

Pros

For the most part I really enjoy everyone I work with. Because there is no commission there is less competition. The discount is nice. A good starting point for customer service skills.

Cons

You will be given barely any hours when you are first hired. Pay is terrible. You can not make a living on the pay here. Coach does prefer to move people into higher positions instead of hiring outside the company but it doesn't happen often. In fact, certain hire-paid positions are going away. (After massive lay offs that occurred recently those positions no longer exist) While there isn't commission, there is still personal goals you will be expected to meet. Failure to do so means you are scheduled less until you quit or are fired. Even if you exceed your goals the bonuses to part-time employees (which is almost every one except the managers) is very minimal. The dress code is very strict (which I appreciate, I think it makes the employees look professional) but it can be a bit expensive. You will be expected to wear current Coach shoes and jewelry, even with the discount this will cost you a pretty penny. On-call shifts make it very difficult to make plans in your personal life and even harder to have a second job. On-call shifts are not optional and will be on your schedule multiple times a week.
