Pros

I loved the people who I got to work with. You always got to meet great customers and have a great conversations with them. You also learn a lot from working at this company. You learn different selling techniques and how to really interact with the customer. If I ever had a problem or was not having good selling days, my co-workers would always be right there to help me with whatever I needed and gave me the best advice they could.

Cons

The only con to working here is if you did not have a great selling day it affects your statistics for that day.

chance to receive a bonus every month, big bonus every September, higher pay than other companies

Cons

upper management is a mess, ceo and president keep changing, the dress code is changing for the third time to meet standards of modern luxury and of course nothing is provided to PAY for the dress code change AGAIN. they also prefer you to wear coach jewelry and shoes but theyre expensive and bad quality.
