      Well besides the obvious discount on the various bags and other items I feel the atmosphere is simply amazing and the people were friendly and warm and very helpful

      Cons

      Way too goal oriented and towards the end of my time there they treated me like number instead of a person

      Pros

      - Good employee discount. For someone who loves Coach product, it is great benefit. - Maternity friendly environment. Many people take long maternity leave.

      Cons

      - Full time employees just pretend to be busy, but they don't really work - Bad communication. It is extremely hard to communicate to supervisors even if someone has serious problem, and and they just leave the company. Extremely stressful. - The employees work there for long time (over 1 year) are only who like manager, and manager like, and who can pretend to be busy. Most people who really work leave job within 1 year, so there are no supervisor who really work. They continues complaining about new employees.
