Amazing discounts, a beautiful new office.

Cons

Very disappointing seeing upper management act in a way that encouraged office politics, bullying atmosphere, and all around unprofessionalism. They do not put employees needs in front of their own agenda. Even more disappointing was seeing how HR protected upper management due to greater company agendas.

Really Enjoyed My Time at Coach

Autonomy to run my store, respect from leadership, organized despite many changes within the brand.

Cons

Such frequent changes made it hard to gain buy-in and retain key talent at my location, smaller headcount made the SM role challenging when inevitable call-outs would happen. To run the store well I had very little work-life balance.
