      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay, good morale.

      Cons

      Not much of an incentive to sell since it was not commission based but managers would make you feel bad if you didn't sell a lot. Very strict on dress code/appearance.

      - Good co-workers - Decent hours (They give you enough hours to make a decent check) - Fast pace environment - Networking - Nice benefits - Some mangers are compassionate and look out for your feelings - The SM is awsome

      Cons

      - So-so management, only a few managers actually had associate's backs. One of the managers is beyond rude and has bad social skills. - Similar to commission without the pay. - They say opinions is wanted but when one is given it's ignored - LINE CONTROL, this has to be on of the biggest cons.
