One of the best companies in Retail. Work life balance for all levels. Good benefits. Discount too.

Cons

Good benefits. Great vacation and sick time for managers but sometimes hard to get approved time off due to business's needs.

At my store there is only one full time position open so everyone that's part time gets screwed out of hours.

Great incentive structure across all levels, good work life balance, realistic goals, values internal and external customer. Effective training and support.

Cons

Constantly changing course, reactionary to business trends but timing of execution is not well thought out. Rolling out new product categories but not giving them enough time to take hold before pulling from stores, very confusing to the customer. Too much focus on flagship locations and not enough focus on core customer.
