Overall a great company

Pros

The company is making alot of efforts in DEI. Friendly customers. Fair leadership and HR practices.

Cons

Your experience largely depends on your leader. It felt like a completely different company when our area management changed due to rezoning. Not many of the company's policies are up-to-date in documentation. The expectation is that you reach out to other stores or leaders. This has led to us getting 15 different answers to one question and not knowing which one was correct. Not many people of color in leadership positions, at least in my experience.

Great company to work for.

Pros

Great benefits and the pay is decent. If you work hard, you can rise to the top. But you have to prove it in numbers/kpi’s. You must also take initiative.

Cons

Some of the protocols can be redundant but fool proof. Sometimes too much paperwork.

Pros

Decent compensation, benefits, and bonuses.

Cons

High expectations with little training. Extremely negative environment much of the time. (Cliques) No room for advancement: Upper management tends to hire from outside the company instead of developing and promoting from within. Constantly rolling out new systems that don't work well. New tech and old tech are mixed and therefore don't work well. Training on new systems and tech is virtually nonexistent. Associates do not feel comfortable reaching out for help above the store manager level due to repercussions.
