CloudLock has great leadership and culture. The technology is bleeding edge and is going to reshape how security professionals handle risk in the cloud.

Cons

I would not change much. The compensation and benefits are great. The company is growing so fast from employees to customers, CloudLock needs to continue investment into their employees and customers.

Pros

Spent ~2 years with CloudLock, where I originally joined as an early member of the team (~20 employees). In my tenure, we tripled the team and experienced 10x growth in revenue; in the course of that time, we built an amazing culture, executed on a great product vision, and built a market presence that has set the company up for sustained hypergrowth. Hard to argue with any of that.

Cons

No significant issues; maintaining the culture is the primary challenge for a company expanding as rapidly as CloudLock is.

Pros

Love CloudLock's dynamic working environment. and opportunities. Management encourages employees taking initiative to bring new ideas to the table and run with it. Cannot beat working on the laptop, taking calls or having lunch on the company deck overlooking the Charles River.

Cons

People work hard. Not because they are asked to do this, but because they want to. If you do not have the same passion for the job, CloudLock is not for you.
