It's a young company, growing fast, and you have an opportunity to influence its evolution. Incredibly responsive organization. The most helpful group you'll ever find. Underlying everything it's an ethical company; trust is a core value. You have an unusually potent opportunity to succeed, and an unusually capable team who will support you.
Cons
You can't be afraid to take the initiative and make decisions. It's a startup; if you find something that needs to get done it might be because there isn't yet anybody to do it -- so you have to grab the ball yourself. To succeed here takes energy, attention, and a certain kind of bravery, so it's not for everybody.
