Pros

Flex policies regarding working hours. Good Gym and great colleagues. General exposure to technologies, and somewhat decent processes. Opportunities to move around.

Cons

Unreasonable schedules and no work-life balance. The company mission statement "To change the way the world works, lives, plays and learns" sounds orwellian. Almost meaningless pulse surveys. Good at scapegoating engineers at the same time taking credit for success. No vision from senior management (director and above) in many BUs.

Pros

Workload is not high Makes your resume good

Cons

No diversity of people Salary is too low and people are ready to leave once the economy picks up Too many directors and VPs Too much sales oriented company and no research or innovation in engineering for technical breakthrough and just wants to buy other companies' technologies
