Pros

Casual work environment Flexible work schedule

Cons

Middle Management and above only worried about protecting political turf Executive Management seems to have lost focus, losing ground to competition in core products and wasting money on poor aquisitions (Scientific Atlanta, Flip, etc). Push into consumer products is a dud (anybody want a umi?) The worker bees end up bearing the brunt of each of these poor decisions as cost cutting has reached ridiculous levels of insanity.
