Big company - Has all the good things that a big company has, and also the bad things.

+ You can work from home in some days of the week + security of keeping the job + Medical center inside the campus (In addition to the gym and several cafeterias)

Cons

+ Hard to grow in a big company as cisco without the "right" connections + Promotions are made due to "friendships" and not by talent in some cases
