      Cisco Umbrella group is bad management in Bangalore

      Pros

      Free T-shirts are there. Good technologies are there to learn. Team and people good some in Bangalore and London. Come morning, good gym and ok food, leave early - nice work life balance. Good Tools - CWS London team is good, also San Francisco in OpenDNS.

      Cons

      Bad Leader for India, very political. Only some Manager may be good. Has Personal issues with Managers and team here. Too many meetings , less time to work. Technical People knowledge is not seen, more politics. Like a startup but pay very less, too much work as more time wasted in office. One day fire - with no reason.

      Few knowledgeable employees Number one product in Contact Center Friday Food Truck and 24-hour pantry Complex project to work on

      Very bad management Incompetent people who plays a lot of politics Old and obsolete product People from Wipro are ruling the product by passing senior management All regular Cisco employees are removed and replaced by vendor Very few development work

      Pros

      Flexible work environment. Can work from just about anywhere, but that also makes it easier for the bottom feeders to hide.

      Cons

      Nepotism reigns supreme. Rarely are actual work results rewarded - accolades go to power point jockeys who use all the buzzwords and manage up. Lots of lip service on people management, but rarely are excellent people leaders championed and promoted.
