Flexible workplace with good remote working options. Good culture and work environment. Plenty of scope for learning/ growth and the culture encourages this.

Cons

Depending on the team, things can feel very disorganized. Have experienced periods of high pressure for deliverables, poor communication. Salary was fine but nothing crazy.
