      Pros

      Benefits in kind are good enough and are important to be considered, work-life balance is also key as you can always work remotely from your home. Job performance is evaluated based on competencies and never taking into consideration the number of hours you spend in front of your laptop.

      Cons

      Company culture is focused on stock so since the last four year there is an important lay off each year in which aprox 8 to 10% of the workforce is impacted.

      - Extremely good professionals - Lots of options to work remotely, with open hours, etc. - Transformational technologies that re-define the world.

      Cons

      - Must be able to operate in a complete international online environment, with peers all over the world (but probably not many in your location)
