      *Generally a very talented administrative community *The community is supported by an Administrative Council *Executives are very supportive of the admin community *Opportunity to further develop your talent

      *Changing overall corporate culture *There are those exceptions to supportive executives *Salary grades are assigned by role with executive instead of administrator being able to keep an existing grade if moved into a new role. It would be better if career accomplishments and proven talent are maintained at grade level. This is likely due to EAs being non-exempt.
