Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent compensation (including bonus and base salary). Many different aspects of the company, and if you are able to move around, you can work on many different cool projects. Also I think CIsco is one of the strongest companies, and will always remain a backbone of the technology sector -- as any company requires an IT infrastruture (something Cisco has a "monopoly" in)
Cons
Cisco is too big, often times you will not know whats going on in other parts of the company. From what I saw, I think its hard to move up the ladder, because people have been there for so long.
