Ability to learn and grow. Compensation is very good with a combination of base salary and commission. There is a great opportunity to get stock options too. There is a tremendous amount of web based internal training in every technology. Also, Cisco has a saying "East your own dog food" meaning they provide you with the tools like cell phone, VPN access from home including a router, Cisco IP phone and video camera.
Cons
Crazy work schedule. Lots of pressure to perform, sell and drive revenue. Also there is a lot of pressure to do a lot of not core job work like business development, presentations to inernal teams, lots of reports and systems to keep updateded with forecasting, ect...
