Flexible mobility at work that promotes culture of work anywhere anytime.

Cons

Too much internal work, management positioning crap, all these stifle valuable external work contribution. If Cisco cuts down 50% of internal craps, more could be done to win business externally with customers and partners.

Cons

Stock has not done anything in over 11 years Many jobs have been transferred overseas Job security is not for sure
