- Compensation (awesome medical benefits, generous pay and RSUs for top performers) - On-site daycare - Flexible schedule (work from home 2-3 days a week) - On-site pharmacy and health center (pick up prescription -- free of cost -- on my way home from work) - Talented worforce -- junior folks can learn so much from senior colleagues
