      worst planning and work ethics worst project execution need to be 24/7 support I've been supporting all nights (atleast till 1 pm) and many weekends but no appreciation bottom and middle managers are highly corrupted after several complaints to HR and ethics there is no progress too many outside contractors too many offshore - india activities with very less quality of service totally it is in disaster Managers are focussed only on their performance rather company's I see the cisco is following nortal, motorola,3com in near future this company might bankrupt or loose it charm (today they might be cash rich but the company is going into a bad direction) partnering with corrupted companies (ex. satyam, wipro, infosys, and many more)
