Good company to have on the resume. Internally it is like any other large company. Big and bloated, resistent to change.

Cons

Low pay. Make you work late hours. Even on the weekends. Bad work life balance. No recognition or reward. No Career growth.

They build and sell every device that one could conceivably need to build a network. You will be exposed to the latest technology in the world's largest customers.

Cons

Just because they build every device, doesn't mean they have the best one in each category! Be ready to lose lots of deals because the product you're selling isn't best in class.

The Site in Israel lack of oppertunities of promotion, new roles. CIsco doesn't have any new roles to offer and promote
