- No Career Planning - Lack of Transparency in Professional Advancement - Nepotism run amok - HR asleep at the wheel; more of an enabler and propaganda machine for management. They do HR speak as opposed to real English.

Stable and structural environment. Good training boot camp to gain experience. Free access to many of the Cisco documentation and training material.

Cons

Too many people share the same functionality. Could be do the same work over and over again. Many politics involved.
