Great benefit package, liberal time offs, work life balance, very good health and fitness center, some groups do work in interesting technologies

Cons

Mostly stuffed with old people who are in same place for last 10 years or more, not much scope of personal growth unless you are in a new team.

challenging work, get to interact with international teams, good benefits, many opportunities to move around and try new things, managers happy to work with you on career development if you start the conversation, smart people - I'm always learning something new, bleeding edge technology, good use of technology as standard tools at work.

Cons

long hours, hard to have work-life balance unless YOU make it a priority and set boundaries. working with international teams is interesting and fun, but sometimes taking conference calls at 10pm is not. salary could be better - have heard that internal equity within teams can be an issue.
