      Great work/life balance, flexi-time, remote working. Competitive salary but slow to progress up the ladder.

      Pros

      As mentioned, great flexi time. Work from home. Salary is good, good bonus.

      Cons

      Plenty of red tape. Big company a lot of in house competition. The usual workplace politics. There is a lot of process involved in the development side. Complete micro management of tasks using the agile process. Hard to move up the ranks, a lot of competition and not as many promotions available. Benefits have been cut this year. The bonus is not guaranteed. Managers need to listen to the tech leads/architects more.

      Overall I learned a lot but was disenchanted by how little parts of the company care about their employees.

      Pros

      Work with some very bright and great people.

      Cons

      Little work life balance and they don't stand behind their own 'zero tolerance' for harrassment policy. When you report something you get told to get over it and move on. I've heard this from at least 10 people at this point.
