      Good social packet, quite friendly onboarding

      Cons

      It's outsource company, so sometimes you faced not good situation on projects, and Ciklum everytime on the side of client. It's fair enough for all outsource companies.

      - Transparent communication - Flat Organizational Structure - HR is concerned about the well-being of the team - Flexibility to change customers/technologies - Conferences, courses, internal events, knowledge sharing - Friendly colleagues and warm atmosphere - Friendly management and PMs team - Open when it comes to new tech - Not too much paperwork, every internal flow is efficient and smooth

      Cons

      There are no major cons I would mention. From my experience, the local branch management is handling nicely the issues we reported by employees.
