      Pros

      High growth company with a lot of opportunities, relatively open minded management, dynamic work environment. Comfortable work environment.

      Cons

      Lack of procedures and internal organization, management has problems with managing task flow and task prioritization. Lack of clear communication from management. Compensation could be better consideration profitability and growth outlook.

      Pros

      Comfortable office, shuttle buses, different indoor activities for employees, equipment (depends on each client, but nevertheless is quite good). Salary without delays. PE maintenance. Possibility of the remote work (depends on project).

      Cons

      Unclear career growth (even if it is possible at all). Office and canteen are overcrowded somehow. Frequent Internet & mobile connection problems.
