      Pros

      Good environment for work - clear and honest communication with clients, no any politics, helpful company administration. Easy to cross borders and work in international team both virtually and in person.

      Cons

      Some projects are boring itself, it is just outsourcing of internal company tasks. Recruting department do everything possible, but still, it is hard to find talented teammates. Parking might be an issue

      Pros

      - Good atmosphere inside a company and relationship between personal and management. - You can even don't know who did all stuff with finance and maintaining your PE status - this can help to save a lot of time for you without worrying about.

      Cons

      - the only cons that I can noticed is a place of business center. Even if you have your own transport that's doesn't mean that you can use it, you should wait a long term queue for this.

      Great management (top and middle). Interesting project. Individual approach to each employer. Very good office and nice company culture. Friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some projects may be closed due to different reasons and sometimes it's difficult to find a new one.
