      Pros

      Company provides a platform for starting up own offshore teams located in Ukraine. It supports the client and team all over the road staring from legal issues solving to Agile consultancy and people retention services. Great working environments, especially in Dnepropetrovsk and a lot of educational activities.

      Cons

      Instability for employees as all depends on the customer's business. Probably also the fact that there's no single one proven and verified process due to teams distribution in business areas and client's preferences.
