      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience working at Ciklum Pakistan. One of the best things about the company is that there is no micromanagement, employees are trusted to manage their responsibilities independently, which creates a healthy and productive work environment. The company also offers flexi working hours which is a huge benefit . Both local and global management teams are supportive, approachable, and professional, they consistently recognize extra hard work and efforts, which keeps motivation high.

      Cons

      only Con I can think of is that while the compensation structure is competitive, it could be further improved to match top industry leaders.
