I worked here for for almost 6 months terrible work they hired me as an Sr Application Developer asked me to work on irrelevant technologies. Architects are big jokers here they don't know ABCD's every day 1000 to 5000lines of Query analysis and decoding the issues (A big failure Architecture) Every day head burning issues. AVPS are VP's here you know the meaning of VP right.

1. Employees lack professionalism 2. Senior employees are rude , bosses are rude 3. higher management is worst 4. poor management techniques 5 . Favoritism to few employees 5. Dont care about contractors 6. No proper policies defined 7. No work life balance. 8. Indian managers are very rude to the junior employees , behave like their servant. 9. Too much cross questioning in case of any small mistake.
