- Reliance on proprietary frameworks (used exclusively by this company) with no documentation or support, despite the job description and interviews requiring years of experience with other frameworks - High-pressure, sink-or-swim work culture - Lack of team cohesion, with global teams competing rather than collaborating, even though the company develops its own products - Overcrowded offices with limited space and parking, alongside a mandatory three-day in-office hybrid policy. The company has officially confirmed plans for a full return to office once additional space is acquired - Subpar equipment provided to developers
