      Pros

      My first job was in a swamp, but I am lucky enough to get into the Chubb, People here are friendly, Managers are kind and willing to help me grow by all means. Culture is great. Exam program is fantastic.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of. Maybe the only cons is that pay cannot keep up with the living cost in NJ. But for me, it is already paid higher than my last job so no real complains.
