      Pros

      Company is ver employee-centric in that there is a great compensation package, great benefits, and room for advancement both professional and persona.

      Cons

      Senior management jumped on the outsourcing bandwagon for wrong reasons resulting in many jobs being eliminated unnecessarily. Vendors used under performed so much so that many employees were hired back from vendors.

      Pros

      9-5 job, 20 days PTO, Survived the financial metldown well. no need to worry about job security if you are going from other company because its atleast 5 years behind other company in IT.

      Cons

      People are rusty.IT is big ship. People dont want to learn they are happy for 18-20 years.. So old mentality no change. No pace in work..There is nothing quick.. It takes lot of time for decision making. You need to tell everything in detail to your team and lots of documentation. People lack some common sense approach.No one wants to invest their time on learning or study unless they are in training class
