Great Teams, Good management that cares. Pay is a bit better than industry standard, but you will work for it more than other insurers.

Cons

Management hand-picks people they want to have growth opportunities. If you feel like you aren't progressing, you should look elsewhere as I have seen multiple people capped from moving up.
