Pros
If you are an experienced worker, there’s a lot area you can contribute because the process is not firm yet. Still try and error to find out the way to handle things.
Cons
1. Very messy. If work with multiple project/BAU, the process and workflow are not standardize. 2. No flexibility 3. Hard to make people to follow the proper process.
