Pros

Good work environment overall, worked less than a year. Hired after 5 face to face interview though all the interviews were on same day. All five interviews were 1 on 1, and 1 hr each.

Cons

Layoff within a year of employment does not make any sense, but it turned out good for me both in terms for experience and severance payment.

Good for Engineering but bad for IT

Good for engineering guys for which it is No. 1 (i.e. Heavy Machinery). Provide good number of leaves over a period of year.

Cons

Very bad for IT especially SAP due to below reasons:- 1) Managers are very narrow minded and do micromanagement 2) Need to work on old/waste technology since good work in being done by people outside India 3) No job security due to economic slow down 4) Manager oriented company not employee friendly 5) No team outing/celebration 6) No travel opportunity 7) Except salary there is no motivation to go and work 8) Very bad cab facility - During summer they won't provide A/C cabs 9) Very bad compensation package especially variable pay due to bad performance of company My opinion is to avoid this company unless you absolutely need a job as this is more like a government job. P.S. - All reviews are specific to India location.
