Good opportunities, great training programs for college graduates

Cons

Most of the locations are in small towns. Little responsibility is given to younger hires. Too much movement throughout the company.

Lot's of opportunity for career progression within the company. Even with the poor economy CAT is still having record quarters. You can go all over the world with CAT. If you want to try diffent jobs there is always opportunity to change your career path if you want to.

Cons

Some of the locations aren't the most glamorous. Most of the facilities are in Illinois.
