Ajay Shankar has been well known in Delhi business circles for decades. He has diverted very profitable engineering services to past associates such as Rohit Chand to Jupiter Technology /AXIS,, Onward Technology. Messrs Chand and Shankar were classmates at IIT during their Bachelors study, they then maintained close relationships by positioning each other (and close family members ) in each others firms boards.

it's close to home,relaxed atmosphere,but that's changing since Cat took over for another company

Cons

ceo makes 20million a yr and all they do is take from employees. portray their selves as a family,our core value, team all lies. Push older emloyees out. Disagree ask a question THEY'LL GET RID OF YOU. Big on political correctness,but it's a scam for show.Even skilled craftsmen are told their just workers not worth a good wage.

Incapable Top Management - getting sued all over. Rolling lay-off has become the normal way of operation No job security Top management has no concern for employees - not kidding, we pick our own trash - they think they are saving money by reducing 2 hours of janitor pay by making us do that.
