They are expanding to other areas apart from car's windshields, so there is lot of things to do, wich is fine if you want to grow.

Cons

Lot of botched jobs in the day by day that never gets fixed. Little room for autonomy. Bad balance betwen personal an professional life. Found some nephotism.
