Pros
Great projects, as long as you are a step ahead of your projects you should be ok, great benefits, food everywhere
Cons
If you are on a pip regardless if it’s your fault or not, this is common as anyone can get put on a pip in a perfect world, if you decide to leave the company keep in mind that you are not welcomed back, took me 5 years to figure this out and half the recruiters did not even know until I called HR about it and they made it clear that you are not eligible to rehire, keep in mind I spent 4-5 years interviewing for new roles getting to the 4 hour interview to later get rejected without reasoning
