Pros

Progressive company for the financial services industry. Encourages a diverse workforce, and pays competitively. Great overall environment

Cons

Advancement within the company is difficult and not always a product of performance or results, but can depend on your direct manager and his/her reputation within the department. Performance management in general is a huge pain point at this company, and is not likely to change.

Pros

Good benefits such as 150 hours of paid time off, helps pay for schooling, and paternal/maternal leave up to 9 weeks.

Cons

Being a debt collector involves being able to take a lot of hate from customers for no reason.
