Pros

Enjoy your work from Homes without having clarity where Management is going

Cons

No Care for its own Full time Associates and Especially Indian managers will be trying to impress their bosses for unrealistic targets. If you have any skillset which will last for a week over here. They doesn't know what they being a BANK they behave like Google and Amazon which doesn't require. They don't care about Products they just try to show off technical company..!! Very Insecure and unrealistic company to stay for more than a month.

Pros

Great benefits, work life balance,

Cons

Like someone else here has said: Frat boy culture. If you don't hang out with the right people then sorry your career growth will be rather limited. Quite a few smart people here, but middle management is terrible and fails to promote the right people/get rid of bad ones (most likely senior management's fault too). Strongly reliant on US transferees and not growing organically from within Canada.

IT Senior Manager

Pros

Good pay, benefits, time off, etc. Pockets of great leadership. Campuses are excellent - great work spaces and amenities. Coworkers are super bright, most committed to the success of projects, their teams, and their peers.

Cons

Confused on their identity. Want to be a "tech" company, but are a large financial institution. This conflicts with federal regulations/controls/and risk reduction practices needed to support a financial institution. Also has a tendency to do a full pendulum swing verses really thinking through broadscale shifts in direction. In this new agile world, senior leadership should pilot, implement, learn in smaller pockets vs. taking an all or nothing approach to everything they do. It's ok though because with the tendency to overcorrect, wait a year or so and it will balance back to what would have made sense in the first place...
